Information obtained by Warringah Scottish Society (hereinafter referred to as the Society) via form or email will be used only for the purposes of processing a membership or to answer enquiries, and will not be handed out to outside parties without your explicit consent.

No email addresses of members or enquirers will be given to any person other than an official of the Society, and then only for the purpose of processing memberships or answering said enquiry, or for the purpose of making changes to a membership, unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law.

Email addresses provided to the Society may be used periodically to contact members in the event that contact is deemed appropriate and/or necessary.
